Bloomsbury Pullover - Finished!

I finished up my third Camp Loopy project this past weekend.  I ended up doing 11.5 repeats of the lace chart total on the arms and then finishing off the sleeves with a couple of rows of garter stitch to help prevent curling.  I did not do any increases or decreases on the sleeves.  I tried the pullover on last night and it fits like a dream and the yarn feels wonderful.  Of course the back of this pullover is more interesting than the front.
I cast on extra stitches at the beginning so I could make it more symmetric, centered the lace design on the sleeves and did the entire lace chart on the sleeves.

Pattern:  Bloomsbury by Svetlana Volkova
Yarn:  madelinetosh tosh vintage in Clematis
Needle:  US 7 (4.5 mm) and US 6 (4.0 mm)

  1. Hiya! I just got this pattern and after knitting the neck at least 10 times (I'm a novice) and then ripping it out... I think that I'm doing something wrong when I get to the end of the set-up round. I end up with too few stitches to complete the round... any helpful tidbits you can pass along?

    1. This is not an easy pattern - first, have you gone through and marked (highlighted or circled) the numbers that apply to the size that you're working? Second - If you're working XS, S, or M are you only working columns 7-28 of the charts? Hopefully this helps. Good luck :-).

  2. Hi, Bloomsbury medium. I’m working the setup round but something doesnt add up. I’ve done the k6, work lace 7-28 but on that last stitch in the lace chart it doesn’t line up with my Purl bump that I done with my ribbing section . What I want to know is that okay or should Purl bumps line up. Feeling frustrated for sure.

    1. Check your lace, you may have missed something. The purl stitch in stitch 7 should line up with the first purl of a pair from the row below, and stitch 28 should line up with the second purl stitch of a pair from the row below.
