Here is a better shot of the Mystery Anniversary Shawl. I laid it out on the lid of my baby grand piano and stood on the piano bench.

Mystery Anniversary Shawl (Mandala II) - Finished!
I finally finished Mandala II. The yellow is devilishly difficult to photograph. I am on a major finishing kick. Trying to finish up projects rather than starting new ones. The pattern is Mandala II, by Renee Leverington of Goddess Knits. The fun of this pattern is that for each section there are four charts to choose from. I used charts 1C, 2C, 3D and 4B. The yarn is Decadently Dark Faded Lace in Daffodil also from Goddess Knits, dyed for this knit along.

Phoenix Rising Shawl - Finished!
I finally finished Sivia Harding's Phoenix Rising shawl. I ran out of yarn after finishing the edging pattern. Fortunately I had some Serenity Lace in 14kt, so I used that for the ending rows. I rather like the effect. I re-charted the left side of the shawl so the lace pattern would be symmetrical. The yarn is Serenity Lace by Zen Yarn Garden - Into the Fire and 14kt colorways. There are also beads - not visible in this shot. Size 8 - 2-08-855-02 in the Beadcats stock list.

Phoenix Rising Shawl - started edging
I have a finished the body chart and the edging set up chart and have started the edging. Not quite 3 repeats of the edging and then ten rows of the ending chart and another shawl will be complete.

Phoenix Rising Shawl - progress update
With the Evenstar shawl finished I can finally get back to some of my other works in progress. I am almost done with the 5th repeat of the body chart and will soon be moving onto the edging. Last night I charted the left side of the edging chart to make the shawl symmetric.
